VATE exists to bring together teachers of English Language Arts and those interested in the English Language Arts curricula. We are constantly seeking innovative teaching ideas and ways to improve the teaching of English Language Arts. We also often find ourselves taking positions on state and national issues that affect the teaching of English Language Arts.
