How to Become a Corporate Partner

The Virginia Association of Teachers of English appreciates the financial support of businesses and organizations that share VATE’s commitment to enhancing the quality of the teaching of English and language arts in the Commonwealth. VATE invites such groups to “join our team” by becoming corporate members, sponsors, or benefactors.

Corporate members must sign on before September 1 in order to place ads or be mentioned in the current year's conference program. Anyone who signs on as a corporate member prior to September 1 will be eligible for ad placement and reduced vendor fees for the Fall Conference and all other corporate membership benefits.

The cost and benefits of each level of corporate membership is outlined below:

Corporate Sponsor	one year membership 50% discount on conference exhibitor fee recognition as a Corporate Sponsor in the conference program three ¼ page ads in The Needle’s Eye live logo link on the VATE website homepage and corporate page	$500
Corporate Benefactor	one year membership conference exhibitor fee waived recognition as a Corporate Benefactor in the conference program ½ page ad in the conference program three ½ page ads in The Needle’s Eye live logo link on the VATE website homepage and corporate page	$1000
