Certain board members do not need to attend every meeting, but we would like to hear reports from these reps at least once a year:
- NCTE Promising Young Writers
- NCTE Achievement Awards in Writing
- NCTE Recognition of Excellence in Literary Magazines
Please consider your responsibilities and let Chris know which meeting is most appropriate for your attendance/report (for instance, it may be prior to your big push for participation OR you may think it's more appropriate to join us after winners have been named).
If you are responsible for a position that does not need to make quarterly reports, please let Chris know and please let her know at which meetings you do plan to make your report(s).
