How to Become a Corporate Sponsor

The Virginia Association of Teachers of English appreciates the financial support of businesses and organizations that share VATE’s commitment to enhancing the quality of the teaching of English and language arts in the Commonwealth. VATE invites such groups to “join our team” by becoming corporate members, sponsors, or benefactors.

Corporate Member: $200
  • One-year membership  
  • Sponsorship of one or more sessions at VATE’s 2020 Virtual Mini-Conference. A sponsor video or slide show will be shown at the beginning of the session, and then the sponsor can host an online Q&A session for attendees during the 15-minute break after the session. 
  • Recognition as a Corporate Member in VATE publications including the Virginia English Journal
  • Live logo link on all conference materials and social media blasts
  • Live logo link on the VATE website corporate page
Corporate Sponsor: $500
  • One-year membership
  • Sponsorship of the keynote speaker (Lorena German) at VATE’s 2020 Virtual Mini-Conference. A sponsor video or slide show will be shown at the beginning of the session, and then the sponsor can host an online Q&A session for attendees during the mid-session break. 
  • Recognition as a Corporate Sponsor in VATE publications including the Virginia English Journal
  • Live logo link on all conference materials and social media blasts
  • Live logo link on the VATE website corporate page
Corporate Benefactor: $1000
  • One-year membership
