We are now accepting proposals for the 2012 conference, taking place in Richmond on October 26th-28th, 2012 (see the announcement page for more details on the conference). Share your expertise and unique ideas in the classroom by presenting at the conference and illustrate how you demonstrate our theme, “Knowing, Nurturing, & Educating Students as Linguistically Diverse Learners.” We welcome all proposals and give each serious consideration. Please note the conference theme and ensure that your proposal addresses the theme. You are encouraged to submit your proposal early. As a professional, nonprofit organization, VATE cannot reimburse program participants for travel, hotel, or other conference expenses. All presenters must register for the conference.
